After a woman was run over on the lower east side in Manhattan more than a dozen strangers in the area rushed to the vehicle and actually lifted it so she was able to get out. A woman nearby posted a video of the incident on Twitter and it's astounding! First responders got to the scene and the woman was shown in a photo lying on the street using her phone. No word on her current condition. The condition of the average passer by in Manhattan these days? Apparently, it's alert and willing to assist their fellow New Yorkers. And that just gives us all the feels.
