NBC News captured the story of a Nevada teen who wanted to quit smoking so he used the vape pen and it exploded in his mouth leaving him in need of surgery immediately. The teens jaw was shattered, he lost teen and even had damage to his gums. His jaw was wired shut for 6 weeks after undergoing massive surgery. Here is what his jaw and mouth looked like in an xray.
