Cooking With Kera, The Pickle Edition But What Did Zito Think?

Today we started "Cooking With Kera". Much to Zito's surprise she made pickles and they were edible. Check these out! Watch Zito's reaction and get the recipe as well.

There's Zito with his critique and he slams some down! Looks like a success to me.

Here's the recipe, practically foolproof:  

Kera's Pickles Of Love: First bring 4ish cups of water to a boil then add 10 cloves of garlic. Cook for a few then add about 2 cups of vinegar, 6 teaspoons of Kosher salt and let boil.  Next grab 2 quart mason jars and place a few springs of dill, 1 teaspoon each celery seed, coriander, mustard and peppercorns ( half black, half pink)

Now slice your pickling cucumbers lengthwise to your liking.  place them in the jars until they are full. pour the vinegar brine over the mixture to fill the jars. Refrigerate and let ferment.  I did for 4 days and they were amazing ! The longer the better I would assume.
