Team Kelly's Brynn Cartelli WINS The Battle Round On The Voice

The Voice's Brynn Cartelli stopped by the MIX 93-1 studio this morning to chat with Zito & Kera about her win during the first Battle Round of this year's competition.

Brynn's incredible performance of "...Ready For It?" secured her spot on Team Kelly, forcing rival judge Blake to steal her teammate Dylan.

"It was really crazy," Brynn explains. "I did not expect to win. That's why if you were watching it, I was bawling afterwards."

After her performance, Brynn was overcome with emotion.

"I immediately started crying. I ran up to [Kelly Clarkson]," Brynn shares, "I was like, 'I love you, I love you!' I wouldn't let her go."

Brynn cried so hard, she couldn't finish her interviews offstage! "They're asking me questions, I was like, 'Ok - wait - no, I can't' and then start crying."

Brynn also gushes about her strong connection with coach Kelly Clarkson. "We work well together. She understands me as an artist."
