Kera's Thanksgiving Green Beans With Gorgonzola
Please understand these are not completely exact amount, do them to taste when it comes to the amount of cheese and seasonings.
1 pound fresh green beans 8oz grumbled gorgonzola cheese Salt and Pepper to taste
Trim the ends off the green beans then put them into boiling water but only for about 5 min then put them in an ice bath to shock them.
Now in a saucepan use a small amount of olive oil, get the pan nice and hot. Pop the green beans in the pan, toss with some salt and pepper then add the crumbled cheese, let it start to melt a bit and transfer into a pretty little serving dish. So good, enjoy.
