When preparing for the game Sunday one must have snacks. Here is my Buffalo Chicken dip recipe.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 bottle hot sauce 1 bottle blue cheese dressing 1 block of cream cheese 1 bag cheddar cheese
First boil the chicken until fully cooked, remove and shred with 2 forks. Next put a light layer of hot sauce in a 9x13 pan then add the chicken. Now put another layer of hot sauce over the chicken, cube up your cream cheese and layer that on top, pour the entire bottle of blue cheese over that, add more hot sauce (you can adjust according to your desired level of heat). Lastly top the entire thing with the bag of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 min or until bubbly. ENJOY!
