Kera has yet made another attempt at cooking and the food was ok to serve to the family, well kinda.
The first one is actually a desert snack and takes longer to complete so it had to be done first. This is called the Crostata, I even made my own crust from scratch.
It was truly a hit and the entire thing was eaten in about 20 minutes.
Now this one was a little tough because I was trying to be a little healthy. These are the fried (baked) green tomatoes with a Cajun Aioli dipping sauce. The consensus was the sauce was amazing could be used as a marinade or on any meats. The tomatoes not so much.
