7th Annual Love To The Rescue Radiothon

On Thursday, October 11 and Friday, October 12, NewsRadio 560 WHYN and MIX 93-1 teamed up to support Shriners Hospital for Children with our 7th Annual Love To The Rescue Radiothon.

WHYN's Jim Polito and John Baibak, and MIX 93-1's Chris Zito and Kera Burke broadcasted live from Shriners Hospital for Children in Springfield.

In 2017, Shriners Hospital saw over 11,500 children. 65% of their care was provided by donations.

On Thursday morning, MIX 93-1 morning show hosts Zito and Kera speak to Kathy MacMillan, the Director of Radiology for Shriners Hospitals for Children.

Danny and Ashley from Diversified Metals presented their generous donation live at our radiothon.

Each year, Renegade Souls Riders Club of Agawam organizes Kelsey’s Ride, an event to benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children.

Now Kelsey, and her family and friends took a moment to talk about how Shriners has changed their lives.
