The Big E opens Friday in West Springfield, and the Massachusetts Building is ready to welcome visitors back.
Forty-two Massachusetts businesses and organizations will showcase local food, farm products, and handmade goods, including eight new vendors this year.
The building's beer garden will also return with craft beer made using grains grown in Western Massachusetts.
The Big E runs through October 4th, with the Massachusetts Building open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
