A federal judge is blocking a Postal Service regulation that would affect mail-in ballots.
The measure would implement a provision of President Trump's executive order regarding mail voting.
The order allows the Postal Service to exert control over mail-in ballots in the lead-up to the midterms.
The judge ruled the regulation is likely unlawful as the federal government cannot interfere in elections without Congress' permission.
This comes a day after the same judge lifted a nationwide block on Trump's order.
