Kennealy is Suspending His Campaign for Massachusetts Governor

Mike Kennealy is suspending his campaign for Massachusetts governor.

This comes after he failed to clear the 15-percent delegate minimum to make the Republican primary ballot.

Kennealy served as the former Secretary of Housing and Economic Development under Governor Charlie Baker.

However, he said his commitment to the Republican Party and its candidates remains unwavering.

Meanwhile, Mike Minogue won the nomination in a landslide victory, receiving over 70-percent of the vote.

He will be primaried by Brian Shortsleeve who cleared the 15 percent minimum.
