Investigators say a deadly police shooting in Berkshire County earlier this year was justified.
Biagio Kauvil was shot and killed by Hinsdale police officers who were called for a wellness check back in January.
Video of the shooting shows an officer saying "he has a gun" before shots are fired.
The Berkshire District Attorney's Office added that they apologized to Kauvil's mother for her son's portrayal in previous conferences about the case.
