Blake Coleman scored in regulation before Sharangovich netted the winner. Dustin Wolf stopped 24 of the 25 shots he faced in the victory.
The Flames have won four of their last five games to improve to 16-18-and-4 on the year.
Andrew Peeke scored Boston's lone tally in the setback.
Jeremy Swayman saved 18 of the 20 shots he faced between the pipes.
The Bruins have lost their last six games to tumble to 20-18-and-2 this year.
