John Cena is retiring from the WWE.
The 16-time world-champion wrestler made the surprise announcement Saturday at a WWE event in Toronto.
Cena told shocked fans that he'll make one last appearance at the Royal Rumble and the Elimination Chamber, and will then retire after Wrestlemania 2025.
The wrestler-turned-actor has been appearing lately in comedy and action films, and is working on season two of his "Peacemaker" series for HBO Max.
Cena said he'll still be involved with wrestling when "Monday Night Raw" moves to Netflix in January.
