25 year old Dalton Ingley went in for his annual check up feeling pretty good, but was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease. After several years of dialysis he was facing the need for a new kidney. Luckily for him he has a twin brother, James, who was more than willing to donate one of his. The only problem was that James was overweight and would have to trim down in order to be the donor.
And that's just what he did! James made a few lifestyle changes and switched up his diet and dropped 60 pounds! Since the men are twins and it's such a perfect match, Dalton hasn't even needed the anti-rejection drugs that most people have to take. The moral of the story is, if you want to lose weight, look for someone who desperately needs a kidney. Actually, now I'm thinking maybe that isn't the moral of the story.
